Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "sgp138", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the sgp138 platform, its operators, and its licensed parent entity, collectively responsible for the provision of gaming and wagering services at sgp138.cam.
• "Platform" — refers to the sgp138 website, mobile interface, games library, sportsbook, and any associated services accessible via sgp138.cam.
• "Player", "you", "your", "Member" — refers to any registered user of the sgp138 Platform who holds a valid account.
• "Account" — the registered profile held by a Player, containing their personal details, balance, transaction history, and betting records.
• "Funds" — the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) balance held within a Player's account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback offer, reload bonus, or other incentive awarded by sgp138 to a Player, subject to Clause 7.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total bet amount a Player must place before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30×).
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification, the process by which sgp138 confirms the identity, age, and residency of a Player.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the standard time zone used for all operational matters, draw times, and customer support hours at sgp138.
• "Services" — all games, wagering markets, live dealer tables, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, crash game formats, virtual sports, and any other entertainment product offered through the Platform.

To register and maintain an active account on sgp138, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times of use.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, officer, director, or immediate family member of any such person employed by or affiliated with sgp138 or any of its licensed game studio partners.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from the Platform or whose account has been permanently closed following a terms violation.

sgp138 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in account suspension.

Each Player may hold one (1) account on sgp138. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, bank accounts, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your legal full name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP) or passport.
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number.
• Your date of birth.
• Your city and province of residence within Indonesia.
• Your preferred local bank account details (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other supported institution) for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. sgp138 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and our licensing obligations, sgp138 requires all members to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal request, and may request additional verification at any time during the account lifecycle.

Standard KYC documentation required includes:

• Government-issued photo ID: A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport, showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your name and Indonesian residential address.
• Proof of payment method: For bank transfers — a screenshot of your bank account summary showing the account name and number matching your registered sgp138 profile. For e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) — a screenshot of the wallet profile confirming ownership.

All submitted documents are processed securely and retained only as long as required by our compliance obligations. sgp138 does not share your KYC documents with third parties beyond what is required for regulatory compliance. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

sgp138 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

All deposits on sgp138 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following rules apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 20.000 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Processing time: Local bank transfers are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during banking hours (08.00–22.00 WIB). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay settle instantly.
• Deposit fees: sgp138 charges no deposit processing fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
• Deposit ownership: All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund to the originating account.

sgp138 reserves the right to reject any deposit suspected of originating from fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a payment method not authorized by these Terms.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted on sgp138:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Eligibility requirement: KYC verifica tion must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal methods: Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching your KYC-verified identity. Supported withdrawal channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, and GoPay.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified members are processed within the same business day if submitted before 20.00 WIB. Requests submitted after 20.00 WIB will be processed the following business day.
• Withdrawal fees: sgp138 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Standard interbank transfer fees imposed by your receiving institution may apply.
• Wagering completion: Any active bonus balance must meet its full wagering requirement before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. See Clause 7 for details.

sgp138 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending additional verification, particularly where the transaction involves amounts significantly higher than the account's historical activity or where suspicious patterns are detected. In such cases, our compliance team will contact you directly within 24 hours.

sgp138 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering multiplier", typically between 20× and 40×) before any resulting winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated on each individual offer page.
• Validity period: All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of issuance. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements not completed within this period will be forfeited automatically. Validity periods range from 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live baccarat, live roulette, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%). Slots generally contribute at 100%. Specific contribution rates are listed on the promotions page for each offer.
• One bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Opting into a new promotion before completing an existing wagering requirement will forfeit the current bonus.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum permissible bet per round or event is Rp 500.000, unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• Bonus abuse: sgp138 monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfill requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be subject to withdrawal restrictions.

sgp138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in active use by players.

All wagers placed on the sgp138 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant game lobbies and sportsbook sections.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are accepted at sgp138's sole discretion. sgp138 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet without explanation, particularly where the bet volume, market depth, or player history warrants such action.
• Odds changes: For sportsbook markets, odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation constitute the settled odds for that wager.
• Void bets: sgp138 reserves the right to void any bet where a palpable error (including incorrect odds, incorrect market configuration, or data feed error) is identified, regardless of the settlement status of the event.
• Live betting: Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods during key match events (goals, red cards, injuries). Bets placed during a suspension period will be rejected and any staked funds returned to the player's account.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets: Mix parlay wagers combine multiple selections into a single bet with a combined odds multiplier. All selections must win for the bet to return a profit. If one selection is voided, the parlay is recalculated excluding that selection. Minimum and maximum accumulator limits are published in the sportsbook rules section.
• Maximum winnings: The maximum payout per bet slip or casino session per day is Rp 500.000.000, unless a higher limit has been expressly agreed in writing for VIP accounts.

For games involving live dealers — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and dragon tiger — the rules of each game as communicated by the hosting dealer and governing studio (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, or equivalent) take precedence in the event of any dispute.

sgp138 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform on behalf of a player.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live dealer games.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting such vulnerabilities will be voided.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets across multiple platforms or markets in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for account restriction.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the sgp138 Platform to process, conceal, or disguise the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification, including impersonating another individual.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior directed at sgp138 support staff or other players within any shared game environment.

sgp138 employs advanced fraud detection and behavioral analytics systems that monitor all account activity in real time. Accounts flagged by these systems will be subject to enhanced review, temporary restriction, and potential permanent closure at the sole discretion of sgp138's compliance team.

sgp138 takes its duty of care toward players seriously and actively promotes responsible gaming practices. Players are encouraged to make use of the following self-management tools available within the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your account.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which a reality-check notification will be displayed.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 7 days to permanent closure. During any active self-exclusion period, account access will be blocked and no marketing communications will be sent.

All content on the sgp138 Platform — including but not limited to the sgp138 brand name, logo, graphical elements, user interface design, written content, game assets, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of sgp138 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without express written authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any sgp138 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any external context without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or game assets.

Unauthorized use of sgp138's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sgp138 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform, including during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Any loss of data, account content, or transaction history resulting from technical failures beyond sgp138's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by a player based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional terms.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• The conduct of third-party game studios, payment processors, or internet service providers whose services integrate with the Platform.

In any event, sgp138's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sgp138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or subsequent verification.
• Abusive, threatening, or otherwise unacceptable conduct toward sgp138 staff or other users.
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation compelling sgp138 to restrict or close the account.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any funds held within the account at the time of closure may be forfeited, subject to a review of the specific circumstances. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, at the player's own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sgp138 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits sgp138's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction in respect of intellectual property violations or fraud-related matters.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
